The kiddos and I spent a fun afternoon sledding while daddy was at a work conference in CA. It had snowed the night before so we stopped and bought chains before we headed up into the hills. We didn't put the chains on soon enough and by the time we could have used them, the wheels were too buried in snow to use. We had driven with the Case family. After getting stuck twice, Kristine Case moved her van to an area we would not get stuck in and then walked back up to the sledding hill. Then the fun began!
