"Just kidding Mom, I don't have any panties on!"
What...you might ask? My favorite little 4 year old who was wearing a dress said this to me while at a church soup cook off. She wanted to wear a dress so she changed right before we left for the church Saturday evening. I asked her if she had undies on because unfortunantly my girls seem to think they are optional. She ran upstairs to "put some on" and was ready to go. We ate dinner and all the kids were running all over the gym playing tag, dancing, spinning, and having a ball. At least an hour after getting there, Miss Care Bear runs up to give me a hug and whispers in my ear "Just kidding Mom, I don't have panties on!" I just about died and once my face returned to a normal color, I packed up the kids and went home. The real kicker is that as I buckled the girls into their carseats, I reminded them to sit like ladies at the church since neither of them had tights on!! OOPS!!!

:) What is it about little girls. I am still trying to get Kayla to sit like a lady, I look over all the time at church and she has her legs up on her seat - wide open. And she is almost 10! At least now she does wear panties. But that is Kayla for you, Livvy loves to sit with her legs crossed hoping everyone is noticing how pretty she is.
