For the last four nights we have gone for a family bike ride after dinner. We have enjoyed beautiful summer evenings from two wheels. Tonight we came upon a bunch of cattails. I wanted to stop and pick some so the kids could feel how soft they are. From behind me in her bike seat, I heard Care Bear say "Look at all the hot dogs!" Then when we got home she was being super silly and pretended to eat her hot dog. La-La asked me to post about this and wanted me to include a photo of the Sweet Peas we picked. I call her "swe

I love the look on her face! I actually thought that she was really trying to eat it at first! I remember finding cat tails on the way up to the cabin. I always wanted mom to take them home and use them for a decoration. I guess I started with the whole interior decorator stuff earlier than I thought! It's a good thing mom was wiser than that! She would have had a house full of fuzz!
